LaDells aims to please our customers. If for any reason you're not happy with your selection you may return within 30 days. For Health and Safety reasons we do not exchange charms

Items must be unworn and in original packaging ( boxes, tags attached,etc.) with proof of purchase. Returns without receipt may be exchanged and/or a store credit issued. Items marked 'FINAL SALE' are not eligible for return or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping except when items are defective or damaged during shipping. Contact Customer care to discuss damaged items.
